How to protect and hack back !

Need to know how to protect my iPhone from being hacked and wamt to learn how to hack someone’s I have been hacked and I am tired of being nice about it and of course no one believes it few do believe cuz they have seen email iphone and wifi hacked i have signed up for some courses to learn terminal and comands i am father of 7 and have a business and I wamt to fight back please help me! I am green but am not computer illiterate
